Approaching a new era of solar power generation

Solar power has evolved remarkably over the past few decades, transforming from a niche energy source to a mainstream solution for sustainable power generation. We are approaching “the beginning of the end of the fossil age”, according to the fourth annual Global Electricity Review from energy. . We expect the combined share of generation from solar power and wind power to rise from about 18% in 2025 to about 21% in 2027. The growth in demand for clean energy has reached unprecedented levels, and at a rate underestim ted by many governments.
